Therapy is a team approach and I look forward to supporting you in the changes you want to make. Life can be difficult and its important to find the light within the darkness. Here, in a supportive environment, you can identify the changes you would like to make in your life so that you can be the best version of yourself. Together, we will develop treatment goals and a treatment plan based upon your needs for seeking therapy. We will also discuss a rough estimate of the number of sessions it might take for you to meet your goals as you implement change within and out of the therapy sessions.
Working in the field for over 10 years in a variety of settings, my focus is working with adults and geriatric population who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, self-esteem issues, physical disabilities, chronic and pelvic pain, women issues/pain, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, and stage of life issues with a Christian approach utilizing mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to love others as Christ loves by creating a safe and compassionate environment that honors everyone’s personal dignity and enhances growth and change. I believe our psychological pain and physical pain are interrelated and much healing can happen when we address body, mind, and spirit.
